Try the food & wine experience! An ephemeral restaurant which will open from June 18 to September 19, for lunch and dinner, from Wednesday to Sunday. Much more than a table, it is to a real experience that the Domaine du Chant d'Eole invites us, with this wooden structure in the middle of the vines. The idea? J’AVAIS PRIS DES CHICONS AU GRATIN QUI SONT ARRIVÉS À PEINE TIÈDES ET MA PURÉE ÉTAIT FROIDE , J’AI DU FAIRE RÉCHAUFFÉ LE TOUT ; QUAND ON M’A RAMENÉ MON PLAT, C’ÉTAIT UN PEU PLUS CHAUD MAIS SANS PLUS. MA FILLE AVAIT PRIS UN MONT D’OR QU’ELLE A DEMANDÉ À FAIRE RÉCHAUFFÉ DEUX FOIS ET MON BEAU FILS A EU SES FRITES DIX MINUTES APRÉS SON VOL AU VENT. NOUS SOMMES ASSEZ DÉÇUS DE NOTRE REPAS ET NE PENSONS PAS REVENIR D’AUSSI TÔT.

Longue attente avant de commencer à boire un verre. Les gambas étaient à peine chaudes. Les croquettes quant à elles étaient froides , première remarque elles reviennent pour la deuxième fois toujours aussi froides, je le signale encore..en optant pour des frites et ...cette fois toujours les mêmes croquettes arrivent chaudes mais avec une bonne croûte où il faut un couteau pour les manger.
