The chef, Stéphane Côte, applies all the tricks he learned at the hotel school of Libramont to serve you a refined cuisine composed of fresh products selected according to the seasons.
At his side, his wife Charlotte, who also studied at Libramont, lives her passion for the profession, and even if she always wants to give her own touch to the dishes, she will welcome you in the dining room.
After more than 20 years of experience, they finally took the step to open their own restaurant.
L'Incontournable is also a family affair, their two sons support them on a daily basis, the eldest, who also went to the hotel school in Libramont, is already following in his parents' footsteps...
