Jones is bubbling with ambition and passionately seeks out the boundaries of the kitchen. This is expressed in a menu of social bites or small dishes in line with the trend of food sharing. Old classics are transformed into a more worldly concept & stand brotherly together on the table with daring compositions. All these creations are based on respect for the product. Preferably from their own region and if possible from their own vegetable garden. This is how they use the Parilla: Designed and built using advanced engineering, respecting the purest and simplest ancestral culinary techniques. A kitchen with an open grill is a kitchen with candor. Jones is located far from urban congestion in a green setting, but close to major approach roads. From the parking lot you can walk through the herb garden and between the fruit trees to the entrance. A first aromatic tingle in preparation for what is about to come out of the kitchen.
