About this restaurant
Nicolas and Donovan Rodriguez grew up in the kitchens of their father's restaurant, the Spinnekopke in Brussels. Graduates of the Hotel School of Namur, they worked in different renowned establishments before opening this beautiful brasserie on the rehabilitated site of the former Fabelta spinning mill. The menu presents Belgian specialties with also some traditional brasserie dishes perfectly in line with the models you like. And next to the wines, a few beers from home, among others those brewed in the house! No parking problems on this spacious site which offers in addition to a large terrace, a small playground for children. Supporters of AFC Tubize are welcome, the team of the Tubize brewery is also there! Possibility to welcome groups for parties.
