About this restaurant
The brasserie Au Vi Houget, next to the boulevard de Gérardchamps in Verviers, has been taken over by Philippe Hendrick who already owns the restaurant L'eau'trement on the quays. The restaurant owner did not want to change anything, except for a slight refreshment inside and some work on the veranda. The menu, available on digital tablet, remains almost unchanged.
