About this restaurant
The brasserie Au Vi Houget, next to the boulevard de Gérardchamps in Verviers, has been taken over by Philippe Hendrick who already owns the restaurant L'eau'trement on the quays. The restaurant owner did not want to change anything, except for a slight refreshment inside and some work on the veranda. The menu, available on digital tablet, remains almost unchanged.

L'accueil était chaleureux, le personnel sympat...

L'accueil était chaleureux, le personnel sympathique et les plats nous ont bien goûté. Juste petit bémol, service un peu trop rapide, on nous avait à peine amener notre apéro que les entrées arrivaient déjà en même temps.
