YOUR RESTAURANT IN VERVIERS SINCE 1986, A GUARANTEE OF QUALITY... Restaurant l'Étoile first opened its doors in Verviers on October 24, 1986. Founders Ahmed and Amina Jitou passed the torch to their son Youssef on January 1, 2011. During the summer of 2019, the press reported on the total renovation of our establishment. In January 2022, l'Étoile was back in operation after a few months' closure following the terrible floods of July 2021. At l'Étoile, we focus on quality, fresh produce, cleanliness and service. All our dishes are homemade. We look forward to welcoming you to l'Étoile, your restaurant and brasserie in the center of Verviers.
