The team consists of the couple Chloë & Thomas and her parents, Stef & Nadine. Chloë is barely 26 and bitten by the hospitality bug. Together with Thomas, she is constantly looking for new hotspots to test out. As a job student, she already got to taste her first steps in that world and soon realized that this would be her ultimate dream. Meanwhile, Chloë has also started her training as a wine sommelier, so for information or the ideal wine pairing you can turn to her. Thomas, 28, discovered that he has a passion for spirits and started working with it while training at the European Bartender School in Madrid. He is now a certified bartender and loves to spoil you with delicious cocktails. Also, Thomas is the best at tapping a beer correctly ;). Dad Stef & Mom Nadine are in their fifties, so husband and wife with a lot of experience. This power couple will stir the pots together with the slogan: "Quality products are the basis for every dish." Already years ago they set up their first project, a cozy lunch bar in Bruges. They also imported wines and delicacies from the South for several years. The Furna team takes all the influences of their travels into the kitchen, sharing dishes with worldly influences is what you can expect.
