About this restaurant
There is a place, hidden in the hollow of a valley between the beeches, the storks and the high grasses where the tits and the herons come to rest and where the fireflies and the butterflies meet... A place where it is pleasant to have lunch in the shade of the acacias and to have dinner by candlelight in a magnificent period room... The restaurant is located in an old building made of local stone with a magnificent room from the 19th century, and another more recent one covered with Virginia creeper. They serve with a beautiful generosity and a thousand small attentions classic French cuisine (tournedos Rossini, veal fondant in mustard marinade with blackcurrant perfume) or more contemporary (duckling filet with red fruits, carta fata of sea bass back with white Burgundy) as well as excellent Belgian preparations (rabbit leg in the Liège style, beef carbonnades in the Flemish style). The setting is elegant and distinguished, the service impeccable and the wine list cheerful and varied. A very good table...
