On 22 December I made a reservation for today (25 December) at 13:45 for two people for which you sent me a confirmation as shown in the email thread. While we came to your restaurant at the appointed time of our reservation we found, much to our disappointment, that your restaurant was closed and without any notice from you. Also in my reservation I had noted my phone number as well as my email with which I contact you.
