We chose your restaurant for our Christmas dinner, hoping for a pleasant and festive evening. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by one of the lead waiters repeatedly shouting at staff members in front of guests. This felt uncomfortable and inappropriate, and it significantly impacted the atmosphere. The food was fine, but considering the price and the service experience, we left disappointed. We wanted to share this feedback so you’re aware, as it’s something that could easily be improved.
