I have often been to Hove Centraal and have always been very happy with everything. Last night the service was as usual very nice and efficient. But I was not satisfied with the food, and especially with the quantity. I had order the Thai Beef salad, which is normally a big meal salad. This time it was more a starter portion than a full meal for which 26.50 € was a totally exaggerated price. I understand that the costs of ingredients have increased considerably but I cannot understand that adding a few extra lettuce leaves and spices are going to cause a loss to the restaurant. If I had received this portion for a lunch snack I would maybe have accepted it, but definitely not for that price and not as a full meal. I'm very sorry having to report my dissatisfaction, as I wish to still come and enjoy a nice meal in a very nice and friendly place.
