The staff was polite, which we appreciated. However, two plates from our order never arrived, and there was no apology or attempt to offer an explanation or alternative. This made the situation feel awkward and disappointing. Overall, the restaurant did not meet our expectations. The experience felt impersonal, and while the prices were quite high, the quality and atmosphere did not reflect that.
