At no stage did we feel welcomed. On arrival we were told we were early (about 5 minutes) and told to stand by the bar. I asked a question about the beers you had on tap and was just given a menu but no explanation about the beers. We were shown to our table and then pretty well ignored. We had to ask for menus and drinks and they were slow in coming. When we asked about the menu and the specials we received quite brief and blunt explanations which weren't really helpful to first time experiencers of Belgium cuisine. Overall it was a disappointing experience
