About this restaurant

gourmet restaurant in the heart of the city of giants. Maxence and Charles-Maxime have a long history together. Friends since 2010, they spent their school days at the hotel school of Ath. They then became colleagues, but also brothers-in-law and now partners. After working together for a few years, they have shifted different horizons to form a strong duo, Maxence on the savory side and Charles-Maxime on the sweet side. Quai n°4 was born in 2016 and after more than 4 years of conception, we are finally ready to let you travel.

Grande qualité du menu 6 services...Goût, épices, originalité, tout y était. Même au niveau des amuses bouches. Le seul petit bémol. Les quantités minimes pour chaque service. Peut être mettre un peu plus de colvert par exemple pour le plat de consistance.

Verfijnde, zeer lekkere keuken. Mooie presentatie van de gerechten. Professionele en attentvolle bediening. Eén persoon was gluten- en lactose-intolerant en hiervoor werden de nodige aanpassingen aan het menu gedaan. Wijnkaart met vooral Franse wijnen waarop een mooie selectie zeer betaalbare wijnen. Algemeen schitterende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Voor herhaling vatbaar! .
