About this restaurant
gourmet restaurant in the heart of the city of giants. Maxence and Charles-Maxime have a long history together. Friends since 2010, they spent their school days at the hotel school of Ath. They then became colleagues, but also brothers-in-law and now partners. After working together for a few years, they have shifted different horizons to form a strong duo, Maxence on the savory side and Charles-Maxime on the sweet side. Quai n°4 was born in 2016 and after more than 4 years of conception, we are finally ready to let you travel.

Cuisine innovante et très fine. Service soigné sans être obséquieux ni oppressant. Cadre moderne mais ambiance un peu trop bruyante, vue sur les cuisines sympa. J'y retournerai.

Les mises en bouche sont tops. Goût et esthétique supérieurs. Le veau manquait un peu d’assaisonnement malgré le bon jus mais ça reste globalement très bon. Les morceaux de melon « en dur » n’étaient pas « goutus » mais à nouveau ça reste très bon. Mention supérieure pour la petite touche finale liée à notre anniversaire de mariage. Encore merci !!!
