About this restaurant
gourmet restaurant in the heart of the city of giants. Maxence and Charles-Maxime have a long history together. Friends since 2010, they spent their school days at the hotel school of Ath. They then became colleagues, but also brothers-in-law and now partners. After working together for a few years, they have shifted different horizons to form a strong duo, Maxence on the savory side and Charles-Maxime on the sweet side. Quai n°4 was born in 2016 and after more than 4 years of conception, we are finally ready to let you travel.

Excellent repas ! Les accords sont parfait...

Excellent repas ! Les accords sont parfait et parfois très surprenants... Comme le dessert céleri rave, champignons des bois et noisette. Moi qui n'apprécie aucun de ces ingrédients, j'ai été bluffée par ce dessert !

Service rapide et efficace (un peu trop même...

Service rapide et efficace (un peu trop même puisque mon apéritif a été débarrassé avant que j'ai pu le terminer). Assiettes raffinées, lisibles et sans chichis. Un bémol sur le cadre un peu froid. On apprécie la vue sur l'animation en cuisine.
