Le service est vraiment trop long alors que...

Le service est vraiment trop long alors que nous étions très peu nombreux dans le restaurant. D'autre part nous souhaitions prendre les pates au homard, et ce plat n'était pas disponible... Les serveurs sont agréables et font ce qu'il peuvent, mais la cuisine est vraiment trop longue. Les plats sont corrects, mais au regard du tarif, le rapport qualité /prix s'avère être moyen.

We were very disappointed with the food. Serveral of the dishes were to salty and everything, perhaps except for dessert, lacked all elegance. When we stayed for Christmas in 2016 the food was fantastic. What has happened?

I and my wife were delighted by the hospitality from the hotel, delicious food, very considerate staffs, greetings atmosphere and cozy table... I enjoyed much more than I expected, and it was one of the best dinner in Brussels that I've ever had. Thank you!

L'attente au resto ! Une seule personne pour servir 25/30 couverts. Cette personne n'arrêtait pas de courir dans tous le sens mais n'aurait pas pu faire mieux. Il a fallu 20 minutes pour l'apéro, et ensuite une attente interminable entre les plats. Le premier est arrivé et le vin l'a suivi ... 10 minutes plus tard ! Je précise que ce n'est pas la faute du serveur. En plus les cailles au foie gras ne contenaient aucun foie gras. Décevant

Starter not available, told 15mins after ordering. New starter was awful, so didn't eat it. Main course never arrived, complained after 50 mins, told another 15 mins. Paid for wine and left, awful experience.
