Nous avons dîné dans cet établissement et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante du début à la fin. Dès l’arrivée à 20h, aucun accueil. Nous avons attendu à l’entrée sans que personne ne vienne vers nous. J’ai finalement dû aller chercher un serveur près de la caisse où plusieurs membres du personnel discutaient entre eux sans prêter attention aux clients. Après avoir demandé moi-même s’il y avait quelqu’un pour accueillir, on nous a placés, sans réelle considération. Une fois à table, il a fallu attendre environ 15 minutes pour qu’on vienne simplement nous proposer de l’eau ou un apéritif. Le service s’est ensuite révélé totalement désorganisé tout au long de la soirée. La tenue et la présentation du personnel posent également question pour un restaurant : vêtements non uniformes (training, jeans), cheveux complètement lâchés alors qu’il y a manipulation de nourriture, et un serveur dont l’odeur de transpiration était très perceptible, ce qui est particulièrement gênant pour des clients attablés. Après la prise de commande, nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin : les entrées sont arrivées avant la bouteille. Puis la bouteille a été apportée… mais sans verres à vin. Les entrées ont été servies avec décalage, ce qui empêche les convives de manger ensemble. Ensuite, nos assiettes d’entrées sont restées sur la table près d’une heure sans être débarrassées. Durant tout ce temps, aucun serveur n’est venu demander si nous souhaitions commander un plat. Nous avons donc passé la soirée sans jamais pouvoir prendre de plat principal. Les entrées étaient correctes sans être marquantes. Toutefois, il existe des incohérences dans le dressage : par exemple, le gravlax était présenté dans une petite assiette type mezze alors que d’autres entrées arrivaient dans de grandes assiettes. L’ensemble manque clairement d’homogénéité et de présentation professionnelle. Nous avons finalement pris le dessert “signature”, présenté comme confectionné à table. Malheureuse...

Different Menu on Website then in the Restauran...
Different Menu on Website then in the Restaurant: we had to switch our choise because we wanted a seafood Plate from the Website and this was not the same. The second Point was the loud music starting at a serveral moment which let us leave the Restaurant without ordering a Dessert because we could not continue to speak to eachother.

Excellent, somewhat surprising Middle Eastern food, unexpected both in taste and presentation (but in a positive sense for each, very interesting flavoury "spices" (but not "spicy" in any "aggressive" meaning), creamy, almost liquid feta cheese in some fillings, quite a few vegetarian or even vegan options but also seafood, perfectly cooked royal sea breem ("dorade royale" in French), sea broth / soup with octopus and other seafood, grilled argus beef and flamed beef tartare for the meat lovers, in short, a great, a very varied menu offering. Excellent, efficient service. Avoid the tourist traps near the Grand'Place at all (and any!) cost, it's only a few minutes downstreet from it and much more worth a visit Opt instead for their friendly, well-decorated atmosphere and decor. This is a REAL comment by a REAL belgian customer living nearby and without any connexion with the (unknown) owners. As the "say" goes since "Terminator" was released, "I'll be back"

Food was good and decor nice but the service terrible. The waiter was rude to us when we arrived, then we waited 20 mn without anyone taking our order. Then they served me different a dish than what I had ordered because they forgot what I ordered was not available ..(!) after having waited for the food for 30mn. I barely finished the plate and the guy came to throw us out bcs the next seating was starting - although there were empty tables and no people waiting to be seated. Good was ok but everything around it really brought down the experience.

Globalement ça a été mais les plats sont chers pour la quantité servie (26€ pour deux mini morceaux de daurade et quelques légumes…). Deux de nos commandes ont été o oubliées et on a du les réclamer après avoir attendu longtemps pour rien. Et l’ambiance de la soirée n’est pas maîtrisée: pas de transition entre les musiques, et le choix des sons n’est pas optimal

we knew, that the restaurant is not a quiet corner- ok But it was too loud and noisy unbearable for an hour… The starter crispy artichok was not at all recognizable! only oily stuff, dough without artichoc. Price quality relation over all disappointing.
