Belgian organic and fair trade gastronomy Our specificity : Our cuisine is an organic gastronomic cuisine inspired by the seasonings and techniques of world cuisine. We also distinguish ourselves by proposing different preparations around the house smoking. Our objective: To raise awareness about eating better, consuming locally while reducing as much as possible its ecological footprint. Moreover, we want to revive the tradition of neighborhood commerce and the conviviality that comes with it. Brut's objective is to revive the image of the neighborhood catering counter and to revitalize customer service and advice. It is important today, more than ever, to inform and make people aware of the origin of the food they consume. What are their benefits and how to select the products that we want to consume for a healthy and balanced diet. Our offer: We focus on 3 different offers: the Restaurant, the Catering Counter and the Event Caterer. A complete and coherent offer in relation to the place and the aspirations that we have. Everything that is not handcrafted at Brut, in our establishment, is the product of another honorable artisan. We want to recreate a proximity between local products and consumers. Le repas a démarré sur un mode léger avec de...

Le repas a démarré sur un mode léger avec de petites mises en bouche et est allé crescendo, amenant de belles sensations au palais à chaque plat. La cheffe a une très belle maîtrise des harmonies de goûts,des contrastes de textures et des degrés de cuisson des aliments. Belle découverte pour ma part.

Le repas était délicieux, tant celui "poissons"...

Le repas était délicieux, tant celui "poissons" que celui végétal . Un équilibre des saveurs, une présentation raffinée ! Le personnel bien attentionné et le lieu chaleureux (dommage néanmoins que les fenêtres vers l’extérieur soient complètement occultées Deux petits "faux pas" néanmoins : un des amuse bouche a été servi avec poisson pour le menu végétal et le vin rouge a été servi dans le même verre que le vin blanc (et il restait d’ailleurs un petit fond) !

Chez Brut tout est vrai et parfait ! L’accueil : plein de gentillesse et de passion. Les plats : inventifs, plein de saveurs, beaux, légers, sains et fait avec des produits bio et locaux. Il y a vraiment beaucoup, beaucoup de travail et d’amour derrière tout cela. Ici, chaque produit est pensé. Il vient du potager familial ou de fournisseurs avec qui ils parlent, se voient et s’apprécient. Bref, un vrai bonheur !! On ressort de chez Brut avec le ventre et le cœur plein de bonnes choses. Donc foncez chez cette sœur et ce frère qui ont monté ce projet

Het eten bij Brut is heerlijk, verrassende...

Het eten bij Brut is heerlijk, verrassende smaken en hoge kwaliteit verse producten, en zeer goede wijn. De medewerkers verstaan hun vak: ze zijn open, enthousiast en vriendelijk. Het was voor ons een feestelijk avondje uit eten.

Very good food, the service was excellent and we felt very welcome. We were very late die to a babysitting issue but the staff was very understanding and did not rush with the service. We can highly recommend this place!
